Challenge
We were challenged to create a new digital format to document and communicate a multi-dimensional customer experience on board a SWISS aircraft to internal stakeholders.
On this project
Lösung
We have combined the customer experience (Customer Journey) with perceptible cognition (Empathy Map) and operational processes. In a tool in which you can navigate smoothly through the various flight phases. In addition, customer experiences can be documented and communicated in the form of a gamification approach in order to increase sensitivity for different types of customers (personas).

Challenge
The high complexity in terms of material properties and application context led to extremely long ordering and production cycles for prototypes. We were challenged to redesign the prototyping process of the Plansee Group.
On this project
Lösung
Using a communication interface (chatbot), a request is categorized using text analysis software and then assigned to the specialized material or application experts. They then enter the chat and the communication becomes personal. Search and waiting times as well as error rates can be drastically reduced by Plan&See.
