Ennio is a creative and analyst. A kind of architect, but he prefers to build business models.

Equipped with a foundation in finance, he understands the earnings mechanics of companies. Combined with creative skills, interest in technology, and entrepreneurial experience, he is a passionate innovator. This has already manifested itself in several start-ups that he has co-founded or accompanied.

His broad language skills (5 languages) and interest in cultures have also enabled him to develop strong intercultural skills and a holistic view on innovation.

Ennio can look back on a wide range of practical experience. Whether in the technology sector at Apple, in Investment Banking at Credit Suisse, as head of marketing at an ETH spin-off, or as a design thinker for various clients. He is currently accelerating the digital transformation of the financial services industry at additiv, a global leading WealthTech headquartered in Zurich, in his role as head of value propositions.

Ennio is part of Design Thinking HSG, the Sugar Network for Design Innovation and the St.Gallen Blockchain Roundtable.

He holds a B.A. in Banking & Finance from the University of Zurich (UZH) and an M.A. in Business Innovation from the University of St.Gallen (HSG).
